David D. Baca | Realtor® | Central Texas and DFW
Born and Raised in Dallas, TX, with Roots In Central Texas dating far back as the late 1800's. David worked for over a decade with one of Dallas most Prominent Law Firms as a Lead Investigator and Marketer where he learned the importance of communication and working with a team among many other traits. David became a Realtor in 1999 and returned to full time real estate in 2014.
David understands the numerous intangible benefits of life in both DFW and in Central Texas with its unmatched weather, culture, and diversity.
David and his family Moved to Central Texas in Spring of 2016, David immediately became very active and involved with local community and schools while also volunteering with a local soup kitchen through the church. David is married to the love of his life Maria since 2000 and they share two wonderful daughters. Natalia is also currently pursuing real estate and Brianna is in high school focusing on playing sports and studying nursing through a High School program.
He enjoys Representing Texas homeowners and future homeowners specializing in DFW and Central Texas. His creative, enthusiastic, and caring nature is perfect for matching each client’s desires as well as skillfully featuring a home’s unique presence and character.

Natalia Baca is an ambitious and hardworking student, while in high school she started pursuing her passion for aviation, with hopes of one day becoming an instructor and training others in the field, with many actual flight hours accumulated and solos, she’s looking forward to returning to aviation to help others reach their goals.
In addition to her studies, Natalia is working toward obtaining her Texas real estate license, expanding her professional skill set and preparing for a strong future in the housing industry. She has recently worked as a host and waitress for Olive Garden and continues in detailing planes and helicopters which she has enjoyed since high school, in both of these positions she has earned a reputation for her professionalism, customer service, and dependability.
In January 2026, Natalia joined Hub City Realty as a Transaction Coordinator, contributing to the team’s success through her organization, attention to detail, and commitment to learning. Her ability to balance work, education, and new professional goals speaks to her strong character and determination.
